Nikhila has experience across a range of major civil infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand, spanning bridges, water infrastructure, and coastal protection, including multiple emergency works projects in challenging environments where planning, coordination, and problem-solving have been critical. This experience has developed strong skills in temporary works, lifting operations, cofferdam construction, and slip remediation.
Nikhila works closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve the best outcome for every project. He takes pride in being dependable, taking ownership of his work, and continuing to develop through challenging projects.
