We optimise designs and develop efficient methodologies through early contractor involvement, smart engineering, and virtual construction. Here’s the kind of work we’re known for:

Bridges and boardwalks

From delivering multi-span Super-T bridges to constructing timber boardwalks through wetlands. Projects like SH39 Mangaotama, Jubilee Bridge and Glen Innes to Tāmaki Drive show what we do best.

Marine and coastal structures

We deliver floating pontoons, jetties, seawalls, and complex piling in the Coastal Marine Area. See our work at Hobsonville, Waikowhai, and Seaside Park.

Rail infrastructure

We understand KiwiRail’s network and safety environment, and how to work effectively within it. We’ve delivered over, underand within KiwiRail’s networks. Parnell Underpass, Newmarket Level Crossing, and Huapai Footbridge are recent examples.

Retaining walls and structural systems

We’ve built everything from anchored King post walls to shotcrete and MSE systems in tight city environments – Wakefield St, AMETI, King’s School.

Precast and in-situ concrete

Our teams handle architectural, structural and heavy civil concrete. We’ve worked above live traffic, in rail corridors, and tidal zones. Projects include Point Resolution, Hobsonville and Mangatoetoe.

Roading, pavement, and surfacing

We deliver high-volume road and shared path upgrades, including subgrade, surfacing and drainage works – Loop Road, Purewa, Ellerslie, and CRL.

Key projects

Millwater Timber Pedestrian Bridge

We delivered a 63m timber pedestrian bridge linking precincts within the Millwater residential development. The 10-span structure, built with timber piles, Glulam bearers and joists, and composite decking panels, was designed for durability and efficient construction.

Key projects

SH25 BOUNDARY CREEK SUPERSTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT

We were engaged to replace the Boundary Creek Bridge superstructure on SH25, a critical coastal route and detour for SH25A, restoring two-lane operation after three years of single-lane traffic. The works were delivered within a 6-day road closure and reopened three days ahead of programme, significantly improving travel reliability across the Coromandel.
