Vallerina completed her accounting degree while working full-time which says a lot about her diligence and aspirations. In previous roles Vallerina gained a considerable understanding of the construction environment.
Since being at Oxcon, she has gained her EWP & WTR licenses. Given the nature of her role, Vallerina has strong interpersonal skills and places importance on relationship building, and the efficient resolution of issues.
