POINT RESOLUTION UPPER HEADLAND STAIRS

On this project we replaced the upper headland pedestrian stairs that links the pathway from Stephens Avenue in Parnell to the Pt Resolution Footbridge that crosses Tamaki Drive.

The scope of works included removal of the existing timber stairs, piling and foundation works, construction and installation of a 3-flight steel stair structure with precast concrete landings, handrail installation and a concrete retaining wall.
