We were key subcontractors on the final stage of the Western Ring Route, a Road of National Significance (RoNS). Our scope included design and construction of 3km of retaining walls, motorway bridge piling and columns, mechanically stabilised earth bridge abutments, and over 10,000m² of noise walls.
A major achievement was the demolition of the Henderson Creek Bridge, using an overhead truss system to remove beam sections and install a new six-lane bridge, an approach that reduced risk and was highly regarded by NZTA.
